BATTS
Batt insulation is a pre-cut fiberglass or mineral wool blanket that fits between studs and joists to block heat loss and reduce noise. It installs quickly, delivers consistent R-value, helps control drafts, and keeps heated spaces more comfortable and energy efficient—all at one of the most affordable price points.
SPRAY FOAM
Spray foam expands to seal every gap, delivering superior energy efficiency, air sealing, and draft control. Open-cell foam provides excellent sound absorption and flexibility, while closed-cell foam offers higher R-value, moisture protection, and added structural strength. Both create a tight, long-lasting thermal envelope that outperforms traditional insulation.
AIR-SEALING
Air sealing targets the hidden gaps, cracks, and penetrations throughout a home’s framing—around top plates, plumbing lines, electrical boxes, attic chases, can lights, and rim joists. By stopping uncontrolled air movement, it prevents heat loss, reduces drafts, blocks moisture-laden air from entering the structure, and helps insulation perform at its full R-value.
CRAWL SPACE
Crawl spaces are major sources of heat loss and moisture issues. Proper sealing and insulation keep out cold air, humidity, and pests, protecting your floors and improving comfort and energy efficiency. It’s often overlooked because homeowners rarely see it—but it has a big impact on the whole home.
FIREBLOCK
firestopping seals gaps, penetrations, and double ceilings to slow the spread of fire and smoke between floors. It protects framing, buys critical evacuation time, and keeps the home code-compliant. Because the work is hidden and technical, it’s often overlooked—but it’s essential for safety and proper inspection approval.
ATTIC INSULATION
Attics can be insulated using either blown-in insulation on the attic floor or spray foam applied to the roofline. Blown-in insulation boosts R-value and fills irregular cavities for consistent thermal coverage, while spray foam adds full air sealing and moisture control by insulating the roof deck. Both methods are effective options depending on the home’s design, age, and project goals.
